1. Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 The Chair welcomed everyone to the Committee. Apologies were received from David Rees and Leanne Wood, there were no substitutions.
2. Update on European Issues
2.1 Gregg Jones the Head of European Union Office updated the Committee on European issues.
2.2 The Committee agreed to focus on Horizon 2020 and the state aid guidelines for broadband networks.
3. Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the following business:
3.1 The Chair moved a motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public for the remainder of the meeting.
3.2 The Committee agreed the motion, and moved into private session.
4. Draft Food Hygiene Rating (Wales) Bill - Discussion on approach to consideration of Draft Bill
4.1 The Committee discussed the approach it should take in considering the draft bill.
